Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1996-10 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • Enforcement Hearing Officers so that further administrative orders do not need to be entered for the sole purpose of amending that list; • Procedure, with the exception that a General Magistrate shall not preside over shelter hearings -- 1 of 4 -- • IV-D cases, and all cases referred individually by any Circuit Civil Division, shall be referred to a duly designated General Magistrate and/or Support Enforcement Hearing • Probate Rule 5.095, respectively. 2) The General Magistrate and/or Support Enforcement Hearing Officer shall assign a time and place for proceedings as soon as reasonably possible after the reference is made and give notice to each of the parties involved either directly or by directing counsel to file and serve a notice of hearing. 3) Notice to all parties shall be provided in bold face, _1;4_p@t Times New Roman or • Please contact the ADA Coordinator at (904)255-1695 or crtint§g@co;'.net, at least 7 days before your scheduled court appearance, or immediately upon receiving this notification if the time before the scheduled appearance is less than 7 days; if you are hearing or voice impaired, call 711. b. • For all notices compelling appearance at the lgssau County Courthouse, the notice language shall state: • Please contact the ADA Coordinator at (904)548-4600 (then press 0) at least 7 days before your scheduled court appearance, or immediately upon receiving this notification if the time before the scheduled appearance is less than 7 days; if you are hearing or voice impaired, call 711. 4) Counties within the State of Florida may have different rules. • Sixteenth Amended Administrative Order No. 96-10, will remain vacated and rescinded in its entirety. 6) All other Amended Administrative Orders No. 96-l0 previously entered and addressing the same subject matter are hereby vacated and superseded. 7) This Seventeenth Amended Administrative Order No. 96-10 shall be recorded by the • Clerk of Court, in the Official Records of Duval County, in the State of Florida, and shall take effect immediately and remain in full force and effect unless and until otherwise ordered by the Court.
