Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 1996-10 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • The General Master is authorized to administer oaths and conduct hearings that may include taking of evidence and shall tile a report and recommendations that contain Endings of fact, conclusions of law, and the name of the court reporter, if any. • The General Master shall assign a time for the proceedings when reasonably possible after this referral is made and give notice to each party either directly or by directing counsel to tile and serve a notice of hearing. • If either party tiles a timely objection, this matter shall be retumed to the Judge in the division to which the case is assigned with a notice stating the time needed for hearing. • Court Administration for assistance no later than seven (7) days before the proceeding at (904) 630-2564. • County should contact the Clerk of Circuit Courts n Nassau County for assistance no later than seven (7) days before the proceeding at (904) 321-5709.
