Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 2005-04 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • When an arrest is made pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes Chapter 379 under which a statutory procedure is established for the handling of seized fish and wildlife, the seizing agency shall follow the rules established by the statutes for disposal of said fish and wiiaure, • When an arrest is made pursuant to the provisions of Florida Statutes Chapter 379, under which no statutory procedure has been established for the disposition of the seized fish and wildlife, the disposition of such fish and wildlife shall be in accordance with the policy and procedures established by the seizing agency. • If no policy or procedure exists, the fish and wildlife shall be maintained inthe custody of the seizing agency until a lawful Order of -- 1 of 2 -- • In any case, the Law Enforcement Officer(s) shall provide all necessary documentation and shall submit same along with the complaint/informationreports; • This Amended Administrative Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in full force and effect until further Order of the Court, and all terms and conditions set forth in this • Amended Administrative Order shall apply unless otherwise ordered by the Court; • This Amended Administrative Order shall be recorded in the Official Records of i f • Duval County in the State of Florida, and certified copies shall be furnished to the Clerks of Clay and Nassau Counties for recording in those Counties; and • The Clerks of Duval, Clay and Nassau Counties shall furnish a copy of this Amended
