Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 2008-04 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, it is onnnnnor l (A) That every individual ordered by the Duval County Court to complete a drug test shall be required to pay a fee of $25, with the exception of individuals found to be indigent upon proper application to the Court; l (B) That individuals found to be indigent upon proper application to the Court shall be exempted from payment of this fee; • (C) That Payment of this fee shall be made to thi Duval County Clerk of Court, who shall é issue a receipt to the individual as proof| payment, which shall upon presentation at the laboratory enable drug testing to be completed; • (D) That the Duval County Court Clerk shall establish and maintain a bank account for receipt of these funds; i (E) That this account shall allow for end of fiscal year cash carryover; • (F) That the fees collected shall be deposited by the Clerk into this account, less one dollar ($1.00) per fee as a service charge to be retained by the Clerk; • (G) That the Chief Judge shall have authority over these funds for use in maintaining • (H) That this Order shall take effect immediately and remain in effect until further Order of the Court, and all terms and conditions set forth in this Administrative Order shall apply • (I) That this Order shall be recorded in the Official Records of Duval County in the State of Florida, and copies furnished by the Clerk to the Jacksonville Bar Association. -- 1 of 2 --
