Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 2013-02 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • Effective immediately, Delano Brown will be prohibited from gaining access into the Duval County, Clay County and Nassau County Courthouses and any of those Amrexes on any other day of the week, unless the Court requires his attendance, in which case he must provide a forty-eight (48) hour advance notice to Courthouse Security Officers to arrange to be escorted by a uniformed Security Officer and provide the Officer with proof or confirmation that he is required by the Court to attend a certain court proceeding; • Effective immediately, Delano Brown’s pending claims and cases in which he is a plaintiff or petitioner will be voided or dismissed, and he will be barred from filing further pleadings, claims, notices, summons or any other types of papers or cases with the Clerk of Court, unless he causes counsel (a member of the Florida Bar in good standing) to file and serve a notice of appearance of counsel on his behalf, within twenty (20) days in any of the pending claims; furthermore, Delano Brown shall have such counsel sign all of his pleadings, claims, notices, etc. and appear on his behalf in all ofhis pending and future cases recorded or filed in the Fourth 10 -- 10 of 12 -- • Anyfuture cases in which Delano Brown attempts to proceed pro se as a plaintiff or petitioner shall be recording or filing by the Clerk of Court; • This First Amended Administrative Order No. 2013-02 Limiting Access shall be recorded by the Clerk of the Court, in the Official Records of Duval County, in the State of • Florida, and shall take effect immediately and remain in full force and effect unless and until otherwise ordered by the Court.
