Verbatim from Fourth Circuit administrative order 2016-06 as published by the Duval County Clerk, harvested 2026-07-26; whitespace normalised only. • WHEREAS, accordingly, -this Court finds that the original Administrative Order must be amended to extend the time of its application. • The Clerk of Court in Clay County shall insert the attached (revised) Exhibit A in all Summons and Complaint packets to be served in Divorce and Eviction cases filed in Clay • This Amended‘ Administrative Order No. 2016-06 shall be recorded by the Clerk of the Court, in the Official Records of Duval County, in the State of Florida. ' • This Amended Administrative Order No. 2016-06 shall take effect immediately and shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 2017, at which time this Order will either be amended or will automatically rescind.
