Verbatim from https://www.circuit5.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/a-93-31-third-amended.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • Each defendant within the Fifth Judicial Circuit sentenced to a term of probation supervision with the Florida Department of Corrections shall pay as a related cost the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each month of the probation term, to be paid within the first 90 days after the beginning of the probationary sentence. • Each Judge of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit shall make the payment set forth in section 1 as condition of all orders of probation unless such Judge makes a written finding of fact as to why such condition would not be in the best interest of justice. • Monies collected pursuant to this order shall be used for benefit of those individuals under supervision of the Florida Department of Corrections as set forth in the by laws of First Step Corporation of the Fifth Judicial Circuit. • No monies collected pursuant to this order shall be used for costs of supervision, court
