Verbatim from the order, fetched live 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • Juror Selection The Pasco Clerk shall select jurors from eligible lists as follows: • For the Grand Jury The Pasco Clerk shall select jurors for the Grand Jury from the combined East Pasco and West Pasco Jury Districts. • For Cases in Which the Grand Jury Issues an Indictment For all cases in which the Grand Jury issues an indictment, regardless of courthouse location, the Pasco Clerk shall select jurors from the combined East Pasco and West Pasco Jury Districts. • If the Chief Judge determines in a particular case, civil or criminal, that the needs of justice warrant the selection of a jury from the combined districts, the Pasco Clerk shall select jurors from the combined East and West Pasco Jury Districts. b. • The Pasco Clerk shall select jurors to serve at the West Pasco Judicial Center in New Port Richey, Florida from the West Pasco Jury District. • Provide for a system whereby persons whose jury service has been postponed to a later date by the Court shall be summoned once a postponement has expired.
