Verbatim from the order, fetched live 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • Misdemeanor Notice to Appear (NTA) cases that do not involve the Adult Pre-Arrest Diversion program shall be divided into Sections E, F, G, H, and L, and will include arraignment hearings on Notices to Appear. • County ordinance violations other than violations filed by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office shall be heard on a Wednesday calendar at 1:30 p.m. • Municipal ordinance violations and county ordinance violations filed by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office shall be heard on a Thursday calendar at 1:30 p.m. • If not, the Clerk’s Office shall assign the case to the most recent section the defendant has been assigned. • If the defendant has no previous assigned section, the Clerk’s Office shall assign new cases
