Verbatim from the order, fetched live 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • When law enforcement is contacted by an individual seeking an injunction for protection against dating, domestic, repeat, or sexual violence, or stalking after hours, a law enforcement officer, in accordance with section 741.29, Florida Statutes, must refer the litigant to the closest shelter listed in paragraph two. • The Sheriffs of Pasco and Pinellas County must facilitate access and security within the facilities specified in this order for a deputy clerk to meet with a litigant to complete a petition for an injunction for protection. • When contacted by a shelter, a deputy clerk must go to the facilities specified in this order and assist a litigant with a petition for an injunction for protection. • The deputy clerk must contact the duty judge, or other designated judge as outlined in the Pasco or Pinellas County Emergency Duty Schedule Administrative Order, and follow the instructions of that judge to transmit the petition to that judge. • The duty judge, or other designated judge as outlined in the Pasco or Pinellas County Emergency Duty Schedule Administrative Order, must review a petition either by having the deputy clerk transmit the petition by facsimile or by other electronic means or by traveling to the facilities specified in this order and reviewing the petition in person.
