Verbatim from the operative section of the order's own record page (https://circuit7.org/orders/cr-2022-004-v/), harvested 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • In cases in which TASC has been ordered to conduct a substance abuse evaluation, said evaluation must address defendant’s substance abuse history, current situation, and need for substance abuse treatment and/or counseling. • Upon completion of an evaluation, TASC shall provide a written report to the Court, with copies provided to the State Attorney, Defense Counsel, Probation, Pretrial Services, and Referred Treatment Providers, within fifteen (15) business days from the date of the order, absent an extension being requested and granted.
