Verbatim from the operative section of the order's own record page (https://circuit7.org/orders/fm-2022-046-sc/), harvested 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that individuals who wish to be considered for inclusion on the roster of qualified parenting coordinators must complete and submit a Qualified Parenting Coordinator Application form and all required documentation to the Court Administrators Office. • Individuals included on the roster must update information contained in their applications, if necessary, by providing written notice of any changes to Court Administration within 30 days of said changes. • Furthermore, in order to remain on the circuit’s roster, individuals must submit a Qualified Parenting Coordinator Renewal form and a Continuing Parenting Coordination Education Reporting form no later than December 31 st of every odd-number calendar year to Court Administration.
