Verbatim from the operative section of the order's own record page (https://circuit7.org/orders/g-2022-016-sc/), harvested 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • Qualifying individuals interested in utilizing the services of a therapy animal or facility dog in a proceeding involving a sexual offense or an offense involving child abuse, abandonment, or neglect must file an appropriate motion with the assigned judge requesting permission to utilize said services at least 10 days prior to the date said services are needed. • If the motion is granted, the movant must notify the Court Administrator’s office and supply it with a signed Oath of Confidentiality (attached hereto as Exhibit A ) and a signed Agreement to Terms & Conditions (attached hereto as Exhibit B ) within 24 hours of the motion being granted. • IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this Order shall be construed to contradict or otherwise contravene the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act as it relates to the use of service animals.
