Verbatim from https://ninthcircuit.org/sites/default/files/AO2013-19-04.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • In the event the County deems that release of the data/image capture or recording should be granted, the County must provide the Chief Judge, or designee, access to the requested data/image or recording in advance and with sufficient time to determine if there is confidential, exempt, or privileged material contained within the data/image capture or recording. • No data/image capture or recording that falls under this provision shall be released to the requestor without the consent of the Chief Judge, or designee. • Further, no information obtained under this provision by either Sheriff’s Office shall be released without the consent of the Chief Judge, or designee. • Further, law enforcement shall instruct anyone violating the provisions of this Order to cease and desist immediately.
