Applies to fine-only criminal cases (and jury summonses and records requests) before the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Aransas County (Judge Diana McGinnis); the county-wide Local Rules of Procedure and Rules of Decorum (doc 946) govern both precincts. Transcribed as registered, including the template artifacts from City of Rockport municipal-court orders (the juvenile order's Municipal Court caption; "Municipal Court", "municipal court building" and "outside the city" references in the jail-credit, recording and jury orders) and the instrument's own wording defects ("Judge Nisi", "council", "Payment Arraignment"). One number in the drivers-safety-course order (the day after judgment before a time-payment fee) is illegible in the scan and is marked [illegible] rather than guessed. Plumlee (330th)), as registered in the statewide TOPICs local-rules registry (posted 01/11/2023). The order "applies in every divorce suit and every suit affecting the parent-child relationship filed in Dallas County" automatically, without request: child-disruption prohibitions, pet protection, party-conduct restraints, divorce-case property/records/insurance freezes with specific authorizations, mandatory petition attachment, and its TRO-to-temporary-injunction lifecycle.
