Standing Temporary Injunction in Family Law Cases Pursuant to the 97th Judicial District Court (filed Jan. 10, 2023). The parties are enjoined from: (1) communicating with the other party in vulgar, profane, obscene or indecent language or in an offensive manner; (2) threatening the other party to take unlawful action against any person; (3) placing anonymous, unreasonable-hour, offensive or repetitious telephone calls without a legitimate purpose; (4) destroying, removing, concealing, encumbering, transferring or otherwise harming or reducing the value of the property of one or both parties; (5) falsifying any writing or record relating to the property of either party; (6) misrepresenting or refusing to disclose the existence, amount or location of property; (7) damaging or destroying tangible property of either party; and further standard family-injunction prohibitions on the conduct of the parties and the preservation of property during the pendency of the suit.
