The District Courts of Brazoria County, Texas are hereby further authorized to refer to any Brazoria County Criminal Magistrate appointed pursuant to Texas Government Code section 54.1851 any criminal case or matter relating to a criminal case for any proceeding in accordance with Texas Government Code section 54.1853."
