In cases in which the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services appears as a party, the general county-wide sealing procedures (TOPICs doc. 37) do not control; instead, per the companion 300th District Court order (TOPICs doc. 1433), "all filings and minutes of the Court in cases in which the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services appears as a party are confidential and shall be SEALED," with access limited to parties and attorneys of record and disclosure only as permitted by law or by the Court.
