Administrative Order 2017-3 of the Brazos County Courts at Law No. 1 and No. 2: effective June 1, 2017, ALL documents filed in any civil case (including setting, reset, and continuance requests) must be e-filed with the clerk’s office where the case is pending — any request submitted directly to the court is not acted on — and every request for hearing must have a setting request filed with it (forwarded from the clerk to the court to be set).

"IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that all documents filed in any civil case must be e-filed with the clerk’s office in which the case is pending. This includes requests for setting, reset and continuance. ANY request submitted directly with the Court will not be acted on. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all requests for hearing before the Court must have a setting request filed with the request for hearing. Setting requests will be forwarded from the Clerk’s office to the Court to be set. ANY setting request submitted directly with the Court will not be acted on." Designates the D.W.I. Counterattack School (Broward County Commission on Alcoholism) as an approved school for court-ordered attendance (Fla. R. Traf. Ct. 6.110(a)).
