In the District Courts of Comal County, Texas — Standing Order on Preparation of Judgments. Effective February 28, 2018, final judgments shall be presented to the Court at the time of sentencing in all cases involving criminal sentencing, unless the Judge Presiding authorizes a brief delay for good cause shown. The Criminal District Attorney's Office shall prepare the final judgments.
