Comal and Caldwell County Standing Order Regarding Children, Property and Conduct of the Parties. No party requests this order; it is a standing order of the Comal and Caldwell County District Courts and County Courts at Law that applies in every divorce suit and every suit affecting the parent-child relationship (a SAPCR includes modification, paternity, and original suits) filed in Comal and Caldwell County, adopted so the parties and their children are protected and their property preserved while the lawsuit is pending, and it further orders any person acting in concert with a party or a party's agent or attorney who receives actual notice to obey it. The order may be enforceable by contempt. Section 1, NO DISRUPTION OF CHILDREN — both parties are ORDERED to refrain from acts concerning any children who are subjects of the case, including removing the children from Texas without written agreement or court order, disrupting or withdrawing them from school or day-care, hiding or secreting them or changing their place of abode, and disturbing their peace; together with the further standard prohibitions preserving the parties' property and governing their conduct during the pendency of the suit.
