"IT IS ORDERED that: • No recordings allowed. No person shall make any form of photographic, audio or video recording by any electronic, digital, tape, mechanical or other means while court is in session. Cell phones are to be kept in the silent mode at all times while in the courtroom. No phone conversations are permitted in the courtroom, unless approved by the judge. No so-called 'selfies' or other photographs may be taken at any time. Attorneys may check email and text messages while in court. The quiet use of laptop computers by attorneys for court related business is permitted. A transcript of any court proceeding may be requested from the certified Court Reporter. • Proper dress and attire is required. The following will not be permitted: shorts; tank tops; mid-driff tops; mesh/net/see-through clothing; sagging pants; clothing with racial, ethnic, sexual, profane, or violent messages/imagery; bare feet; hats or caps; sunglasses; and/or, other types of dress considered to be inappropriate for court proceedings. Exceptions may be considered for medical or other appropriate reasons. • No food or drinks shall be consumed in the courtroom without prior approval by the judge or bailiff. • Good conduct is required. Conduct inside the courtroom must be courteous and respectful… Loud, violent, disruptive, distracting, disrespectful, disparaging and/or demeaning conduct and speech will not be allowed. No person is allowed to pass out flyers, pamphlets, business cards or other written/recorded materials without the prior consent of the judge or bailiff." "Anyone violating this Order may face penalties of a fine, jail time, or both fine and jail time, and the confiscation of any device used in violation of this Order. In some cases, violation of this order could be considered contempt of court or a criminal offense. A person may be excluded from the courtroom for violation of this order."
