"An additional $100.00 per defendant who speaks Spanish only will be paid to an appointed attorney fluent in English and Spanish." CAPITAL MURDER CASES (both death-penalty cases and those where the State elected not to seek death): hourly rate for jury trial, hearings, and all court appearances $150.00; out-of-court $150.00; appellate (State sought death) $150.00/hour; appellate (State waived death) $100.00/hour.
