"In criminal cases in which the 336th District Court has added Conditions of Bond, after reviewing an Indictment for sufficiency of bond, the 336th District Court authorizes a capias issue in the matter for purposes of serving the Conditions of Bond of the Defendant who is the subject of the Conditions of Bond. Upon the receipt of information confirming the Conditions of Bond have in fact been served upon the defendant, the District Clerk is hereby authorized to withdraw the capias in said matter. It is hereby ORDERED that the District Clerk is authorized to withdraw a previously issued capias which is issued to serve Conditions of Bond on a defendant, upon receipt of information confirming said Conditions of Bond have been served upon the said defendant."
