"Having determined that it is appropriate to refer to an associate judge for Title IV-D cases any aspect of a case under Title 5, Texas Family Code or Chapter 45, including any matter ancillary to a case filed with this Court by the Title IV-D Agency for Title IV-D child support services, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that any aspect of a case under Title 5, Texas Family Code or Chapter 45, including any matter ancillary to a case filed in this Court in which the moving party is the Title IV-D agency is hereby referred to the Associate Judge for Title IV-D Cases appointed to serve the 1st Administrative Judicial Region. The clerk of the court shall record a copy of this order in the minutes of said court."
