"No party to this law suit has requested this order. Rather, this order is a standing order of the 336th Judicial District Court that applies in every tax case filed in the 336th Judicial District Court… the attorneys ad litem which are appointed by the court to represent unknown parties in the tax suits should be paid for services rendered by them… IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that attorneys ad litem shall submit their statements for services rendered in the tax suit to which they are appointed in the usual fashion as for other Court appointments, to be approved by the Court. Once approved, the same shall be considered as court costs. The same shall be paid before any tax suit is dismissed from the Court's docket. THIS ORDER SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE JANUARY 19, 2010."
