(a) Payment of Filing Fee. Acceptable methods of payment include cash, check, money order, cashier check and debit or credit card. Only attorney filers may pay filing fees by check, debit or credit card. (b) Payment by Check. Payment by check is permitted only if drawn on the account of the attorney for the debtor or another party, or on the account of a law firm of which the attorney is a member, partner, or associate. Checks shall be payable to “Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.” The check is accepted subject to collection.
