(a) Adversary Proceeding Related to a Case in this District. Except where considerations for equalization of the docket otherwise dictate, adversary proceedings will be assigned to the bankruptcy judge to whom the related chapter proceeding is assigned. (b) Adversary Proceeding Related to a Case in Another District. Whenever an adversary proceeding which is related to a chapter case pending in another district is filed in a division of this court served by more than one bankruptcy judge, the Bankruptcy Clerk shall randomly assign proceedings among the bankruptcy judges in a proportion determined by the Bankruptcy Court.
