Requirement
(a) Requirements. When filing a motion or response, a party must:
(1) cite the legal authority upon which the party relies; and
(2) submit a proposed order stating the relief the party seeks.
(b) Time for Filing Response. If a party opposes a motion, the party must file its response
with the clerk and serve a copy on all parties within 11 days of service of the motion.
