Texas > Fort Bend County > County Court at Law No. 6
There will be two Attorney/Guardian Ad Litem Appointment Lists: Ad Litem List 1 (attorneys who have requested appointment to probate cases and are qualified in accordance with this Order) and Ad Litem List 2 (attorneys who have requested appointment to guardianship cases and are qualified in accordance with this Order). Each year the Court will update and post the current lists on the Fort Bend County Public Notice Bulletin at the entrance of the Justice Center and on the Court's website; the lists contain all qualifying attorneys in alphabetical order. To be considered, an attorney must email the required items to the Court's Probate Auditor. A person not appointed in list order remains next in order; after appointment from a list, the person's name is placed at the end of the list. An attorney shall provide an updated State Bar of Texas Certified Attorney Ad Litem Certificate when the prior certificate expires; failure results in removal from the lists and re-qualification. Signed January 10, 2024 — Hon. Dean A. Hrbacek, Presiding Judge, County Court at Law No. 6.
