Upon the rejection of charges or other disposition of a case or matter by the District Attorney's Office or by order of the court, the Clerk shall release all property collected from the defendant that is held by the Clerk's office as a result of the defendant's bond, including United States passports. Ordered unanimously by the County Courts at Law August 21, 2024; signed September 10, 2024 by all six County Court at Law Judges (County Court Administrative Judge presiding); registered in both the county and district records.
