In all suits for collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes under Chapters 31 through 34 of the Texas Property Tax Code pending in the 240th, 268th, 400th, 434th, and 458th District Courts, the parties are exempt from the automatic-disclosure requirements of Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 194; discovery served on a party must still be answered as provided by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
