IN RE ALL CIVIL CASES ASSIGNED TO THE 268TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT § § § § § IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF FORT BEND COUNTY, TEXAS 268TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT ST ANDING ORDER IN CIVIL CASES BE IT REMEMBERED that pursuant to provisions of the Texas Government Code Chapter 54, Subchapter A, § 54A.106, subject to any limitations contained in such subchapter; it is ORDERED that Associate Judge Craig Priesmeyer is designated to conduct any and all proceedings in all civil cases covered by such subchapter with the powers and authority conferred by §54a.108 of subchapter. Any Orders of Judgment shall be referred to the Presiding Judge of the 268th Judicial District Court with the recommendations of the Associate Judge inscribed thereon for entry by the Presiding Judge. The Order is to be effective on January 10, 2025. It is further ORDERED that the District Clerk is directed to file and enter this Order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
