COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 STANDING ORDER REGARDING VIRTUAL HEARINGS UNDER PENALTY OF COMTMEPT OF COURT, NO PERSON, OTHER THAN THE COURT REPORTER, MAY RECORD A COURT PROCEEDING. THIS PROHIBITION APPLIES TO MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC VIEWING THE PROCEEDINGS ON THE COURT’S YOUTUBE CHANNEL AND TO PERSONS WITH THE ABILITY TO RECORD THE ZOOM VIRTUAL PROCEEDING. THE COURT REPORTER’S RECORD SHALL BE THE ONLY OFFICIAL RECORD OF A COURT PROCEEDING. This order shall continue in full force until the earlier of 30 days after the state of disaster in the county is lifted or until further orders of this Court.
