Standing discovery order of County Court at Law No. 3 on copying and production of blood testing records in criminal prosecutions: the State, through the District Attorney's Office, and the testing forensic laboratory are ORDERED to permit inspection and copying of the records of the blood alcohol/drug analysis in the cause, including accreditation records, analyst qualification records, quality-control and calibration records, chromatograms, batch records, and the laboratory's testing protocol, for use by the defense in the pending prosecution (blank-cause standing template applied to filed causes; registered January 1, 2023).
