This Order confirms the District Clerk of Fort Bend County shall attach the appropriate Standing Temporary Mutual Injunctions to every cause, under a separate tab, in the 328th, 387th, 501st, and 505th District Courts as follows: Exhibit A — Original Divorce Petitions with Children; Exhibit B — Original Divorce Petitions without Children; Exhibit C — Original Suits Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship. … The District Clerk shall provide a copy of the appropriate standing temporary mutual injunction with each citation issued in such causes. The injunctions bind both parties from the time of filing and remain in force as temporary injunctions until further order. The exhibits enjoin, among other conduct: communicating with the other party in an offensive or vulgar manner or by threats; placing telephone calls at unreasonable hours; causing bodily injury to the other party or a child; threatening or harassing; destroying, removing, concealing, encumbering, transferring, or otherwise harming or reducing the value of the property of one or both of the parties; falsifying records; incurring indebtedness other than legal expenses and reasonable living expenses; making withdrawals from accounts except as authorized; canceling or altering insurance policies; changing the children's residence beyond the geographic limits pending further order; disrupting or withdrawing the children from school; and hiding or secreting the children.
