The following fees charged by Official Court Reporters or Deputy Court Reporters for Fort Bend County are in effect: original and one copy $6.00 per page; original and one rush $8.50-$12.50 per page depending on time due; expert testimony/technical +$1.00 per page; additional copy $2.00 per page; exhibits $1.00 per page; exhibit indexing $1.00 per page; index pages $9.00 per page; keyword index page $1.50 per page; binding/preparation $12.00 per volume; delivery $10.00 plus cost; CD electronic $30.00; MPE/MP4 exhibit $30.00; digital transcription $8.00; digital rush $14.00. Rough daily and final daily as agreed with the judge and court reporter on indigent cases; fees for rush, rough, and final daily copy and all other services shall be contracted between the Official Court Reporter and the requesting party; deputy reporters are subject to this Order.
