It is hereby ORDERED, in accordance with Article 38.30(c) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, to set the rates for Fort Bend County Court interpreters in criminal proceedings as attached as Exhibit A, Amended Rates for Court Interpreters for Fort Bend County Courts at Law and District Courts, effective May 14, 2026 (Commissioners Court order signed by County Judge Daniel Wong, attested by the County Clerk, filed May 22, 2026). The judges' companion order adopting the amended rates for use in the Fort Bend County Courts was accepted and approved April 8, 2026 and signed by all six County Court at Law Judges (TOPICs doc 2972).
