The below-signed judges hereby agree that any petition for a hearing relating to the seizure of cruelly treated animals in which a Justice Court is requested to hear the case shall be filed in Justice Court, Precinct One, Place One. This Order shall remain in effect until withdrawn by one of the participating judges. Agreed and signed May 22, 2026 by all seven Justices of the Peace.
