The below-signed judges hereby agree that any petition for an environmental case concerning On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSF) in which a Justice Court is requested to hear the case shall be filed in Justice Court, Precinct Three, Place Two, and all other environmental cases shall be filed in Justice Court, Precinct One, Place Two. This Order shall remain in effect until withdrawn by one of the participating judges. Agreed and signed May 22, 2026 by all seven Justices of the Peace.
