The below-signed judges hereby agree that any petition for a Handgun License Suspension or Denial in which a Justice Court is requested to hear the license suspension or denial shall be filed in either Justice Court, Precinct Two, Place Two or Justice Court, Precinct Three, Place One. This Order shall remain in effect until withdrawn by one of the participating judges. Agreed and signed May 22, 2026 by all seven Justices of the Peace.
