(281) 341 -4426 This Order will confirm that, effective January 6, 2023, all cases filed in the 328th District Court will be placed on one docket which will be heard by the 328th District Corn1 Presiding Judge who will then refer certain cases to the Associate .Judge for trial and hearings except for those cases where the Associate Judge previously acted as counsel, mediator, ad !item, or amicus to any party, including a child. those cases in which the Associate Judge is prohibited from serving for an ethical reason ( e.g. fraud, neighbor or business associate) and those final trials in which proper objection is timely raised.
