0 0 PROBATE COURT OF GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2003-8 IT IS ORDERED that effective immediately, there will be no temporary guardianships considered by this Court except in open Court and on the record. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Applicant and his/her attorney will need to appear and give testimony as to the necessity of a temporary guardianship and the assets of the estate.
