PROBATE COURT OF GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2012-3 In an effort to assist in the protection of identity theft, the Probate Court has determined that it is in the best interest of any Ward to have all Doctor Capacity Assessments (and any other medical information), Court Investigator Reports, and the Court Visitors Reports filed in the Odyssey Case Management System filed as a "secured" document. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Probate Court of Galveston County hereby adopts the following Court policy regarding all Doctor Capacity Assessments (and any other medical information), Court Investigator Reports, and the Court Visitors Reports; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Dwight D. Sullivan, County Clerk of Galveston County, or his designated deputy clerk, shall file all the all Doctor Capacity Assessments (and any other medical information), Court Investigator Reports, and the Court Visitors Reports in the "secured" filing mode in the Odyssey Case Management System.
