PROBATE COURT OF GALVESTON COUNTY, TEXAS ADMINISTRATION ORDER 2022-6 In an effort to assist in the protection of identity theft, the Probate Court has determined that it is in the best interest of any Ward who owns a 1301 Management Trust to have all Annual and Final Accountings filed in the Odyssey Case Management System filed as a "secured" document. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Probate Court of Galveston County hereby adopts the following Court policy regarding 1301 Management Trust Annual and Final Accountings; and IT IS FURRER ORDERED that Dwight D. Sullivan, County Clerk of Galveston County, or his designated deputy clerks, shall file all the Annual and Final Accountings for 1301 Management Trust in the "secured" filing mode in the Odyssey Case management System. IT IS ALSO ORDERED that this administrative order shall replace Administrative Order 2012-2 due to outdated probate codes.
