The Grimes County justice courts’ local rules of administration and decorum, adopted under Gov’t Code § 27.061 (with Civil Practice & Remedies Code § 15.0821 and Code of Criminal Procedure art. 4.12): court organization and calendar, the annually-renewable bench-exchange arrangement, the prohibition on recording/broadcasting proceedings without the presiding JP’s permission, and the rule that indigent defendants are not entitled to appointed counsel in justice-court cases.

Designates the D.W.I. Counterattack School (Broward County Commission on Alcoholism) as an approved school for court-ordered attendance (Fla. R. Traf. Ct. 6.110(a)).
