IT IS ORDERED that Administrative Order Number 2018-02 — which had directed that cases charging a defendant with a second offense of prostitution be assigned to County Criminal Court at Law No. 7 — is RESCINDED. Cases charging a defendant with a second offense of prostitution shall be randomly assigned to a Harris County Criminal Court at Law at the time of filing. Signed April 6, 2023, by the Local Administrative Judge of the Harris County Criminal Courts at Law.
