NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED, beginning March 4, 2024, the Clerk shall allocate newly filed cases among the courts as follows: Probate Court No. 1 — 24%; Probate Court No. 2 — 24%; Probate Court No. 3 — 14%; Probate Court No. 4 — 14%; Probate Court No. 5 — 24%. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order shall remain in effect until further order of the Court. Signed January 25, 2024, by the five judges of the Harris County Probate Courts.
