The parties are ordered to coordinate the ADR proceeding with the Office of Dispute Resolution for Lubbock County (ODR) or, in the alternative, through the use of a private mediator. If a private mediator is used, the parties shall report such election to ODR. Unless otherwise agreed or ordered, the ADR proceeding or mediation shall take place in Lubbock County, Texas. Named parties, including corporate representatives, are ordered to be present in person, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties. If a named party is covered in whole or in part by insurance, a representative with full authority to settle the case shall attend in person and participate in mediation. The parties are further ordered to exchange documents that will assist in resolving the case at least seven days before the ADR proceeding or mediation. These documents include medical bills, medical records, a summary of any and all liens, and any other documents which will facilitate a resolution of the case.
