The 365th District Court's own-motion standing order for every divorce and SAPCR filed in the court: while a divorce is pending each party is barred from abusive or threatening communications, dissipating, concealing, encumbering or falsifying records about property, unauthorized sales, debts, withdrawals, retirement or life-insurance borrowing, entering safe deposit boxes, changing beneficiaries or insurance, diverting mail, forging endorsements, cancelling credit cards, changing tax withholding, destroying financial or electronic records, deleting social-media content, using the other party's passwords, cutting utilities, excluding the other from a residence or taking the other's vehicle (with authorizations to occupy the residence, pay living expenses and run a business); in a SAPCR neither party may remove a child from Texas, change schools or residence, hide the child or disturb the child's peace; within 30 days of appearance each parent produces net-resources information, two years of tax returns, a financial statement, pay stubs and the children's health and dental insurance details; the order is attached to every petition, operates as a temporary order until final judgment, yields to protective orders, encourages mediation and may be enforced or supplemented on the court's own motion.
